Andreu World
Circular Design®
Andreu World is dedicated to creating high-quality, sustainable furniture that blends innovative design with environmental responsibility. Central to their brand is the Circular Design Challenge which emphasizes the importance of implementing sustainable practices into design. The initiative calls for applying eco-design principles, zero waste management, achieving a carbon-neutral footprint, and selecting sustainable materials consistent with certifications such as B Corp, BIFMA Level 3, Cradle to Cradle, and Greenhealth.
Andreu World is committed to the environment and enhancing people’s well-being and health, fully integrating circularity principles. Adotta
Green Plan
Adotta, known for their glass partitions, has initiated a comprehensive Green Plan aimed at measuring current performance and implementing sustainability principles in Adotta’s products and processes. This two-year project is structured to study, design, and implement concrete actions from both product and management perspectives.
Although Adotta’s manufacturing facilities generate some waste, it is primarily aluminum, which is 100% recyclable and managed through specialized companies.
All Adotta products are certified with an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) and contribute to LEED projects. Additionally, 98% of all materials used are 100% recyclable and reusable.
Bolon
Green Initiatives
Pioneering recycling, Bolon built their brand around the idea of creating woven rugs out of waste material in 1949. Passionate about minimizing their environmental impact, Bolon strives to further reduce their footprint each year. With a focus on climate action and circularity, they aim to achieve 50% circularity and reduce the climate footprint by 50% by 2028.
A significant milestone for Bolon was the complete replacement of fossil-based PVC with bio-sourced or recycled PVC, reflecting their commitment to sustainability. Today, all our flooring contains BIO-sourced PVC, recycled PVC, and recycled chalk, resulting in 68% waste material with 0% climate impact per square meter—while still delivering the most premium design flooring on the market. Bolon has also taken steps to reduce their carbon footprint by installing solar panels on their headquarters' roof, which supply 25% of their annual electricity demand. The company proudly holds an FSC certificate meaning that they source wood exclusively from responsibly managed forests, ensuring that the materials are both renewable and sustainably harvested.
The company's manufacturing practices are designed to minimize waste and reduce their carbon footprint. Through recycling programs and the use of eco-friendly finishes, Halcon strives to produce furniture that is not only aesthetically pleasing and durable but also environmentally responsible.

GTV prioritizes sustainably sourced materials, ensuring that the wood used in their products comes from responsibly managed forests.
Specializing in woodworking, Gebrüder Thonet Vienna has pursued FSC certification, which validates the primary assurance mechanism for the origin of their wood. This international certification system ensures that the raw materials used in wood products come from forests meeting strict environmental, social, and economic standards. Additionally, FSC certification requires a chain of custody for companies processing the certified material through all stages of transformation.
Their designs reflect a commitment to longevity and timelessness, promoting durable products designed to last. This reduces the need for frequent replacements which lessens their environmental impact.
La Manufacture
Corporate Social Responsibility
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an initiative started by the Cider Group that oversees La Manufacture. The focus is not limited to environmental awareness but also to the health and well-being of all their employees.
The ecological aspect of the CSR approach includes ethical sourcing, eco-friendly production, and durable design. La Manufacture has been certified by FSC, GREENGUARD, and ISO 14001. These certifications validate the quality of materials they source, the meeting of chemical emission standards, and the commitment to reducing environmental impact by managing production processes.
Nikari
Woodworking Legacy
Nikari's wood is mainly supplied by a sawmill next door in Fiskars, Finland. The timber comes from Northern European forests that are cared for with the principles of sustainability and biodiversity. The collection products are mostly solid wood, upholstery and fabric, joint adhesives and surface treatment materials. Nikari has carefully selected high-quality ecologically responsible materials.
Nikari’s manufacturing processes ensure safety and comfort for end users and employees. They prioritize sustainability, using high-quality, timeless designs with recyclable upholstery and wooden parts. Nikari uses sustainably sourced wood species such as birch, oak, ash, elm, and black alder, with FSC® or PEFC certifications available. Upholstery materials include certified wool, felt, alcantara, naturally handled and reindeer leather. Metal parts, foams, and adhesives are certified and environmentally friendly. Nikari minimizes packaging and transportation impacts, uses certified natural surface treatments, and supports our products' resale through Franckly, promoting a circular economy.

Placet’s Green Vision
Placet’s purpose is to design spaces that promote, inspire, and support dynamic living. Their mission is to enhance the world by creating environments that seamlessly align with the needs of their occupants. Placet's commitment to excellence is validated by numerous certifications, including the ISO 14001 environmental management system and several others related to material selection and build quality. ISO 14001 outlines a management system for Placet’s wholesale trade of furniture and design accessories.
On their website, Placet has published an environmental sheet detailing their commitments to achieving their goals. These include client communication, customer satisfaction, waste prevention, and adherence to environmental legislation.

Their partnerships with Hush Office, Loook Industries, and Gilmarka of Sweden enable Thinkspace to offer products that not only enhance workplace functionality but also align with their values of sustainable development.
Hush Office’s products, such as office pods and booths, are made with 100% recycled wool for upholstery and FSC-certified wood components, They follow the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standards and ensure energy efficiency through motor-sensor activated lighting and ventilation systems.
Gilmakra of Sweden meets high environmental standards through the use of sustainable materials and environmental production methods. Many of their products carry the FSC and Möbelfakta certifications.
