Summer Updates 2025

On June 18th, we had the pleasure of hosting the WAF x Grohe Roadshow - a series of discussions leading up to the World Architecture Fair in Miami later this year. 

The panel consisted of local speakers: Heather Dubbeldam, Principal at DUBBELDAM Architecture + Design; Bruno Weber, Partner at KPMB Architects; and Ted Watson, Partner at MJMA Architecture & Design. The conversation was moderated by Jean-Jacques L’Henaff, Leader of LIXIL Global Design.

The discussion explored how international awards like WAF influence design innovation, elevate industry standards, and inspire architects and designers to push creative boundaries while highlighting the unique live-judging format of WAF and its impact on peer-to-peer learning.

This year Andreu World won 9 Best of NeoCon Awards, consisting of 5x Golds, 3x Silvers, and 1x for Sustainability. The Nina Lounge, Velo Chair, and Brandy Barstool were all awarded Gold for their innovative designs.

ASTORIA

Halcon’s ASTORIA won 4 Best of NeoCon awards:

Best of Competition and 3x NeoCon Golds for Tables: Conference, Tables: Cafe, and Collections for Collaboration.

ASTORIA is a beautiful collection of conference and mobile communal tables, thoughtfully designed for the modern workplace and inspired by the beauty of shared experiences. ASTORIA strikes a perfect balance between sculptural elegance and purposeful function, creating elevated spaces designed for connection, conversation, and community.

ADOTTA HUG

ADOTTA launched a brand new product, the ADOTTA HUG. Designed by Stanley Felderman and Nancy Keatinge, the HUG is a piece of “soft architecture” that envelops without isolating. This creates a visual and acoustic retreat where one can rediscover peace and concentration. Its organic shapes, upholstered in soft fabrics, suggest intimacy and warmth, blending privacy and openness.

Neuron Activation Pod

The Neuron Activation Pod is among ThinkSpace Offices selection of acoustic booths. Designed by Loook industries the pod is equipped with groundbreaking Finnish health technology with a singular focus on enhancing human well-being. Showcased at NeoCon the Neuron Activation Pod showed its ability to transmit low frequency vibrations throughout the body. This technology promotes the body’s natural healing abilities, through the quality and importance of sleep.
