January Recap
The start of the year has flown by, we can’t believe it is already February! Looking back, January was a busy month for us at FBG. Take a look at some of the things we’ve been up to.
Founded LAB
We launched Founded LAB at IDS 2023. Founded LAB is a division of Founded by Garcia, which aims to promote innovative design and products via collaborations with other makers in the design and art industry. We aim to devise distinctive spaces and activations that inspire creativity while showcasing well-designed products and concepts.
IDS 2023
We were happy to exhibit at the Interior Design Show in January 2023. This year, we partook in the newly formed “Select” portion of the convention which was a “feature of curated premium furniture” situated in the center of the show.
We took this opportunity to premier LA Manufacture, our most recent brand partner from France. Stay tuned for a future event featuring this collection! TURF’s acoustic panels were also on display, alongside Sentat’s seating solutions from Spain and Toronto-based furniture designer Derek McLeod Design.

Kvadrat x Andreu World Event
We had the pleasure of hosting a collaboration event with Spanish design brand, Andreu World and Danish textile brand Kvadrat, at the Client from Hell Studio in January 2023. The event had a specific focus on both brand’s sustainability efforts and the circular economy, with representatives speaking on these topics. Kvadrat also showcased the Hero 2 textile line, designed by Patricia Urquiola, while Andreu World featured this new textile upholstered on Urquiola’s Nub Chair.
